2007 USF: Started all 12 games and has 33 career starts in 3 years as a Bull. Finished fifth on the team with with 63 tackles with 5.5 for a loss and also had 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery and 2 QB hits. Also had 11 tackles in win over West Virginia. A good athlete with outstanding size in the secondary
2006 USF: After playing in nickel package through first three games, he regained the starting free safety role, where he opened nine games. Had 43 tackles, four pass breakups and a forced fumble on the year. Season-high seven tackles at North Carolina. Forced fumble came at Kansas.
2005 USF: Won USF’s Rookie of the Year Award after starting in all 12 games, after an injury to free safety Danny Verpaele. Finished the season with 66 tackles, 28 of them solo, with 2 interceptions, 1 fumble recovery, and 3 passes broken up, and had season-high nine tackles vs. UCF. Was an Honorable Mention Freshman All-America honors from The Sporting News.
2004 USF: A late addition to the roster, he arrived in late August and was a redshirt freshmen for the season.
VALDOSTA HIGH SCHOOL –In his senior year he put on 20 pounds without losing any speed, played safety and had 89 tackles and two interceptions, and his team had a 11-4 record and won the a Regional championship.
