2007 USF: Utilized a redshirt season, and has looked strong enough to get a look at DT nexxt spring.
Godby High School: McCaskill was Class 3A All-State first team as a lineacker after recording 79 tackles, 2 sacks, 3 fumble recoveries, and also scored on a 2-pt conversion run. He also had 95 tackles and eight sacks, 12 tackles for losses, 3 forced fumbles and 2 fumble recoveriesfor his junior campaign from his defensive end position. He needs approximately 100 tackles during his senior season to break the school record.
McCaskill wants to play linebacker on the next level and will move from his defensive end position to linebacker for his senior season.
