2007 USF: Red shirt freshman Zach Hermann started all 12 games this season at right guard. Hermann was graded at 72% with 70 Knockdowns. Also named ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD -In recognition of the freshman football player who achieved outstanding performance through great work ethic, dedication and pride in his first year of college competition
EAST LAKE HIGH SCHOOLTarpon Springs, Fla.- He was named First team all-county by the St. Petersburg Times, and Also named all-Suncoast and all-district. He was the team’s offensive MVP in 2005, allowing no sacks, and had 72 pancakes. As a Junior He was All-district and honorable mention all-county, and was three-year letterman. He Also competes in track & field (shot and discus). and won the district and county shot put title in 2004. He is also a honor Roll student and a Chamber of Commerce Student of the Month, and was coached by Bob Hudson.
