2007 USF: Enrolled at USF in January 2007 and participated in Spring ball, and utilized his redshirt year.
2006: Originally signed with the Bulls in February 2006, but due to academics didn't enroll untill the following spring.
Southeast High School, Bradenton, Fla.- He was named Second team all-state in Class 4A, and was Ranked 93rd top prospect in Florida by Orlando Sentinel. In his senior season he had 71 tackles and 13 sacks. He played in the PAL Bowl for Manatee County All-Stars. He was Invited to play in Florida North-South All-Star Game but chose to sit out with a minor injury. He was also named to Big7Gridiron second team all-defensive front seven(Polynesian players), and was a two-time Sarasota Herald Tribune first team all-area selection. He was coached by Paul Maechtle.
