| Dixon is a very aggressive cover corner, sometimes it hurts him as he will over run the play. At times he is a lockdown cover guy. He will be stride for stride with his guy thirty yards downfield. Not real thick physically, but that never stops him from putting his hat on a body and making a play. Very solid special teams player. He can be a return man, cover kicks and punts and can also block punts and kicks. Great closing speed. |

2008: Three-star prospect at cornerback, rated 33rd best prospect at cornerback by Scout.com, ranked 13th best prospect at cornerback by ESPN. Recorded 52 tackles,12 pass breakups and six interceptions returning one for a touchdown as a senior. He recorded 50 tackles, one interception and 30 pass breakups during his junior season. He was selected to play in the Hawaii All-Star Football Classic as well as the Dade/Broward and Under Armour All-American games following his senior campaign. Was a first team all-state selection and a second team Reebok Florida Phenom honoree. Runs a 4.4 forty-yard dash Displays good transitional quickness and great vertical speed, with a good burst of speed to get under the ball on deep throws and is a reliable open-field tackler.
