2007 USF: Played in 10 games with 167 yards on 18 carries and 4 receptions for 21 yards. Had first career 100 yard game at Syracuse with 101 yards on 2 carries.
2007 USF (Spring): Had an outstanding spring and owns the record for fastest USF running back with a 4.42-40 yard dash.
2006 USF: While utilizing a redshirt season, earned the Golden Bull award as the top scout team player.
Glades Central High School: Samuels was named Second team all-state in Class 3A, and finished the Season with 1,553 yards rushing and 25 touchdowns, averaging 119 yards per game and 8.2 yards per carry. and will come in this summer to compete for a role in the backfield.
GLADES CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL - Samuels was named Second team all-state in Class 3A, and finished the Season with 1,553 yards rushing and 25 touchdowns, averaging 119 yards per game and 8.2 yards per carry. Due to a re-scheduled game, he rushed for 504 yards in a three-game stretch over eight days. He had 110 yards against Ft. Lauderdale Cardinal Gibbons, the next week he had 141 yards and four touchdowns against Palm Beach Central. Three days later He Rushed for 253 yards on 13 carries against Jensen Beach
He also had 133 yards against Riverdale, and Ran for 128 yards in state semi-finals loss to Sarasota Booker, and had a 126-yard effort against Clewiston. His brother is USF player Jamaal Jenkins.
