The USF football team got lucky as tropical storm Fay stayed far enough away that the Bulls were able to get a full practice in Tuesday. USFN was there and has a FREE photo gallery for all you fans. As the entire bay area was embracing for Tropical Storm Fay with schools and businesses closing for the day, there was a strong chance there would not be a USF practice this morning. However, as Fay approached, the weather wasn’t nearly as expected, and the Bulls practiced in Full pads under just partly cloudy skies morning.
