USF Head Coach Stan Heath scored his fourth 2011 commitment on Friday.
Hugh Robertson, a 6-foot-5, 195 pound shooting guard from Tallahassee CC gave a verbal commitment to play for Coach Heath and the Bulls, according to sources.
This season Robertson is averaging 12.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists and has hit 32 of 77 from beyond the arc (41.6%) . As a freshman he averaged 12.0 points and 4.5 rebounds while shooting 48.0 percent from the floor, and was honorable mention all-Panhandle Conference honors and named Panhandle Conference All-Academic.
Robertson played his prep ball at Northeast High School in Macon, Ga, averaging 18.3 points and 9.2 rebounds per game, and earning second-team Preseason All-Middle Georgia in 2007-08, Bibb County Player of the Yea, and All-Bibb County.
The talented guard joins Shedrick Haynes, a guard from Lackawanna CC, PA and center Waverly Austin from Martinsville, VA and guard G Levonte Dority from Foreman (Ill), who signed in the early period.
