Lake City Offensive Lineman Commits to Bulls

The Bulls add another recruit to the growing list of verbal commitments. This time it's an offensive lineman from Lake City. Read on to get the rest of the story. Only on USFNation.com!

The South Florida coaching staff keeps the momentum going by getting a verbal commitment from Sampson Genes of Columbia High School in Lake City. Sampson is a 6-foot center/guard who recently visited USF when they played UConn.

"When I came down last time I liked the city and stadium a lot." Genes says he was ready to commit on the visit, but there was a bit of confusion.

"I didn't have some academic forms so I waited till I got everything straightened out to commit. I called Coach Gregory on Tuesday and committed over the phone."

Sampson says he's followed the Bulls all season and can't wait to step out on the field at Raymond James Stadium. Look for a full Q & A with the Bulls newest commit tomorrow on USFNation.com!
