Posted Jan 31, 2006

Edner Alcin of Chamberlain High School in Tampa signed with the South Florida Bulls today. He made it official this morning when he signed his Letter of Intent. Expect many more updates throughout the day!

Edner Alcin is a kid the Bulls have had thier eyes on for a while. He gave the USF staff his verbal committment about a week ago and today he made it official, signing his LOI.

Alcin said about his decision, "They are an up and coming program, its close to home and the coaches and players were easy to get along with."

This is what Chamberlain Coach Brian Turner had to say about the star wideout.

“Edner is a tremendous athlete. He has great hands. He has been working hard and is putting on some solid muscle. He went to some camps this summer, and he put up some really great times. I think he may have been the fastest player there.”

Alcin is also fully qualified and will start school this summer.
