Andre Hall Wins BIG EAST Rushing Title

USF senior running back Andre Hall has won the 2005 BIG EAST rushing title with 114.5 yards per game.

Andre Hall edged Louisville’s Michael Bush, who averaged 114.3 and West Virginia’s Steve Slaton, who finished the year with 112.8 per game.

Hall also led the BIG EAST in all-purpose yards with 141.2 per game. He lead South Florida in rushing and receiving in 2005.

Hall, from St. Petersburg, Fla., broke his own USF single season record with 1,374 yards in 2005. He also broke his own record for rushing touchdowns with 13. Hall finishes his two-year USF career with 2,731 yards and 24 rushing touchdowns, both school records.
