The offense and defense represents the Orange to talk about the season, culminating in their take of the New Era Pinstripe Bowl win over West Virginia.

The Syracuse Orange football squad has come a long way. Just a few seasons ago, they were well below .500, with the postseason not even an option.

Head coach Doug Marrone and his coaching staff have been working to put together a team capable of changing the environment, and have been succeeding.

Syracuse's offensive unit has shown that they can compliment the defense, and vice versa.

Linemen Justin Pugh of the offense and Deon Goggins of the defense, along with safety Shamarko Thomas offer their thoughts and feelings on what they have been working to do and have accomplished with the Pinstripe Bowl win this season.
