USF OL commit Fraser knows of two officials

Central's Cameron Fraser, a standout offensive tackle from Phenix City, Alabama committed to USF earlier this summer, but a coaching change opened the door for other schools to recruit him. The 3-star lineman talks about his recent conversation with the USF coach Willie Taggart, what official visits he has planned, and where the Bulls stand.

After a solid senior season, Phenix City offensive tackle Cameron Fraser was invited to the 26th annual Alabama/Mississippi All-Star game that was played in Montgomery."

"It was a great experience, had a lot of fun going against the best from Alabama and Mississippi," said Fraser. "I got a few offers off of the game also from Louisville and Southern Miss."

The Alabama lineman has been committed to South Florida since the summer, but a coaching change caused some uncertainty with his recruitment. However a recent conversation with the Bulls new Head Coach Willie Taggart was promising

"Yes sir, I spoke with him a few days ago and that went well," said Fraser. "He's definitely a cool coach, and he seems laid back, but at the same time he'll get on you r butt if he needs to."

The Bulls new head coach said some good things to Cameron and plans on meeting him in person after the break.
"Coach Taggart said he really likes me, I'm a tough physical player that gets after it and that I can get early playing time real early if I work hard," said Fraser. "He also said that he wants me at USF and he'll come visit me in a couple of weeks."
As of now Fraser said he's still committed to USF and is in the process of setting up his official visits and knows of two.
"I'm definitely taking one to Louisville and one to USF that's for sure," said Fraser. "That's all I know of right now."
