Octavius Jackson, a 3-star offensive lineman at Colquitt County's in Moultrie, GA is ready to announce his college choice. The 6-foot-4, 295 pound prospect said he will choose between Vanderbilt, USF and Florida and announce his choice tomorrow at his school.
