3-star RB JoJo Kemp commits to USF

Deland's 3-star Running back JoJo Kemp, one of the top backs in the State committed to the USF staff following the SuperBull on Saturday.

The 5'11, 190 pound back is rated the 87th best in the country and had over two dozen offers before choosing USF.

As a junior, Kemp rushed for 1,163 yards on 178 carries and 14 touchdowns.
