Armwood DB Jarvis McCall Chooses USF

Armwood's Jarvis McCall, a 6'2, 185 pound defensive back has committed to USFPrior to the Bulls home opener against Ball State,.

Jarvis McCall, Armwood's standout defensive back has ended his recruitment and committed to the Bulls prior to the USF versus Ball State game. The 6'2, 185 pound prospect can line up at either corner or safety and chose the Bulls over Vanderbilt, UCF, Indiana, and FIU among others.

"Yes sir I committed to USF," said McCall. "There doing a lot of good things and there's no place like home."

The 6-foot-2, 185 pounds McCall lined up at both safety and cornerback for the Hawks in 2010 and finished with 4 interceptions and 10 pass break-ups, 40 tackles, and also had 1 forced fumble and one fumble recovered. So far this season McCall has two pass deflections, a fumble recovery and 1 caused fumble in two games this season.

McCall is the 10th USF commitment for the 2012 recruiting class.
