Strength Coach Golden is Reshaping the Bulls

For the past several months Bulls fans having been hearing what a great job USF's new strength and conditioning coach Mike Golden has done through offseason summer workouts. Players and coaches are raving about the change in the team across the board. With fall practice in full swing we got to sit down with Coach Golden and find out what he brings to USF.

After listening to numerous player interviews and seeing pictures, there's no question why Bulls fans having been hearing so much about what a great job USF's new strength and conditioning coach Mike Golden has done through offseason summer workouts. Players and coaches are raving about the change in the team across the board.

At the end of spring practice, Holtz called the summer workouts critical for the Bulls development and strength & conditioning Coach Mike Golden was the man for the job. He's brought a sense focus, determination, and helped install leadership, accountability and confidence in the football team.

With fall practice in full swing we got to sit down with Coach Golden and find out what he brings to USF.
