RB Mike Blakely Transfer Update: Visits USF

Former Manatee star Mike Blakely was one of the highest-touted running backs in the state in 2010. The 5-foot-9, 198 pound back was a 4-star prospect that was rated the No. 10th running back in the county in 2010.

He racked up more than 1,400 yards rushing and 23 touchdowns as a junior and added another 1,000-yard season as a senior, with 19 touchdowns. He was named to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in 2011.
